Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Only the following five Contractors can bid on this project as a Prime Contractor: Jilk Heavy Construction, Inc. Mike Prlich & Sons, Inc. Clarke Contracting Corporation Mladen Buntich Construction Co., Inc. Calex Engineering Company This project will construct a new bulkhead to repair a recent washout and settlement above the surface of the roadway. The new bulkhead will be 64 feet long. The bulkhead will be maximum 12-ft tall and consist of nine soldier piles 8-inch thick reinforced pre-casted concrete walls. New AC paving, integral curb and gutter, and a metal beam guardrail will also be constructed.
