The project site is located in King County. The effective date for prevailing wages on this project will be the submittal deadline with these exceptions: 1. If the project is not awarded within six months of the submittal deadline, the award date is the effective date. 2. If the project is not awarded pursuant to a competitive solicitation, the date the contract is executed is the effective date. 3. Janitorial contracts follow WAC 296-127-023. Except for janitorial contracts, these rates shall apply for the duration of the contract unless otherwise noted in the solicitation.
