Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The project includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grading in select areas, demolition of existing structure, site preparation, wood framed commissary building and pump house, pre-engineered metal building hay barn, and site improvements.
