Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
Project Scope: The project will include bike lanes, sidewalks and a new street. Street lights, retaining walls and artwork will also be installed as part of the work. Estimate: $7,000,000 BID BOND: The Bid Bond must be executed by the person legally authorized to sign the bid and must be properly signed by the representatives of the surety company unless the bid is accompanied by a certified check. If Bid Bond is furnished, the form furnished by the City must be followed; no variations from the language thereof will be accepted. The amount of the Bid Bond must be not less than 5% of the total amount bid.
