This Contract provides for grinding the outer lanes of E Portland Ave at the gutter line, overlaying the street with 2" of HMA and upgrading ADA curb ramps as needed. Along with the installation of a city funded HAWK signal at the intersection of E 60th Street and E Portland Ave all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Bid Bond must be executed by the person legally authorized to sign the bid, and must be properly signed by the representatives of the surety company unless the bid is accompanied by a certified check. If Bid Bond is furnished, the form furnished by the City must be followed; no variations from the language thereof will be accepted. The amount of the Bid Bond must be not less than 5% of the total amount bid. DBE & Training Goals: 13% DBE & Zero Training Hours. Estimate: $1,492,495.
