The City of Tacoma seeks parts cleaning tank maintenance, solvent, filters, and fluid servicing, including sundry equipment, supplies and parts, for the period January 15, 2024, through January 15, 2025, with an additional three (3), one-year renewal options, per the attached specifications. The time of e-mail receipt will be considered as the time of submittal. Request for Quotation must be signed to be a valid bid. Any bidder may be notified to clarify their bid proposals. This action shall not be construed as negotiations or an indication of intentions to award. The bidder must be able to provide the information within two (2) business days. All bid pricing shall be FOB Destination, freight prepaid and included in the unit price. Please extend net price and provide net total value. The City of Tacoma reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, waive minor deviations or informalities, supplement, amend, reduce or otherwise modify the scope of work or cancel the solicitation, and if necessary, call for new submittals.
