The Port of Tacoma (Port) and The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) are requesting proposals from one or more consultants interested in providing on-call grant writing/funding application and post-award grant support services in the following, but not limited to, subject areas: Transportation, Air & Water Quality, Energy, Remediation, Climate & Resiliency and Security & Emergency Management. This may include preparing an application in partnership with public and/or private partners or applying and providing post-award grant management support for a joint project, or on behalf of a partner. The period of performance of the contract is three (3) years from the execution of the contract, with the option of one (1) year renewal at the sole discretion of the Port & NWSA, for a possible total of four (4) years.
