Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Davis, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work shall include concrete sidewalk, curb, curb ramp replacement, and asphalt concrete patching in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications. All work sha l be performed in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications, City of Davis Standard Specifications January 1996 Edition, Addenda through July 2017, Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations, General Prevailing Wage Rate, Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates, and the Contact Documents. The Project is funded partially by grant funds from a Federal Grant (Community Development Block Grant [CDBG] from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development). Accordingly, all Federal Requirements set forth in the Contract Documents must be complied with. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
