The City of Davis is seeking to receive proposals from qualified companies to provide Cationic Emulsion Liquid Polymer for use in the thickening and dewatering process of municipal wastewater treatment plant sludge. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Services. The initial contract will be for a period of one year from the date the standard agreement is signed. The contract may be renewed but no more than four (4) one year terms may be agreed to for a total contract time of five (5) years. The proposal will be considered complete only if all of the items listed under the Proposal Requirements are included.
