Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Davis, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

Description Of The Work Parks Sports Court Rehabilitation Project Phase 2, CIP No. ET8315 : The project involves grinding and overlaying existing parks sports courts such as tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts. Some courts require more extensive repair for a full depth restoration with re-compaction of existing subgrade, aggregate base, and asphalt concrete pavement. Court surfacing material will be added on top of the asphalt concrete for tennis, and pickleball courts, and striping of the parks sports courts will be required in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications. All work shall be performed in accordance with the City of Davis Standard Specifications January 1996 Edition, Addenda through July 2017, General Prevailing Wage Rate, Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates, and the Contact Documents. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable local and state laws and regulations.
