Deadline for Questions January 29, 2025 Scope of Work - This section describes the nature and scope of design build services, items to be supplied, and work to be completed for the Project. This scope of work shall be used as a basis for preparation of the proposal. Additional tasks or modifications to the scope of services that the proposer feels will produce a more cost-effective project should be included in the proposal. Requested improvements include, but are not limited to: Demolition of the existing skate park slabs, electrical/lighting systems, and drainage Construction of replacement concrete skate park and drainage Installation of vandalism-resistant lighting Incorporation of Public Art Re-paving / re-imagining of the existing asphalt accessways Picnic tables, benches, and/or some form of spectator seating The engineer's estimate is $1,000,000 for design and construction of this project. Questions about this RFP are required to be submitted via email to Melody Eldridge by Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Begin - Construction Fall 2025 Complete - Construction Spring/Summer 2026
