Aurora Maintenance Facility Salt Storage Buildings Project 119 Ellicott Road, West Falls, NY 14170 East Concord Maintenance Facility Salt Storage Buildings Project 9125 Sibley Road, East Concord, NY 14055 Lancaster Maintenance Facility Salt Storage Buildings Project 125 Cemetery Road, Lancaster, NY 14086 Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid payable unconditionally to the County of Erie. Erie County has Contracted Hybrid Building Solutions to provide and install new 2,500 tons salt storage buildings at each site. This work includes the labor to install the structure. This does not include any electrical, site preparation, excavation, trenching, grading, or restoration. Erie County personnel will remove salt located within the barns and relocate as needed. Any remaining debris will be the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor's attention is drawn to the provisions in the General Conditions establishing a Minority/Women Business Utilization requirement for this project. Contractors are advised that by submitting a signed and sealed bid proposal they are agreeing and committing to the WBE/MBE requirements contained in this project. The Contractor's attention is further drawn to requirements for Contractor's participation in a New York State Certified Apprenticeship Training Program. In addition, the Contractor shall be advised that provisions set forth by Erie County Executive Order #18 ("EO #100 may apply. Attention of bidders is called to the fact that if a prospective bidder is not registered as a bidder with the Office of the Commissioner of Public Works by virtue of his/her downloading of the bidding documents, then notices of contract addenda or other significant matters related to the contract proposal or bid will not be communicated to said prospective bidder.
