Preventive Maintenance and Time and Material Repair Services to all equipment and associated controls essential for the proper operation and functioning of the Boiler Systems and all ancillary equipment. The tasks associated with the Preventive Maintenance portion of this Work Plan are provided in Exhibit A. A Time and Materials (T&M) Proposal Form is provided (Exhibit D). The Facility Reserves the Right to Conduct a Security Background Check or Otherwise Approve Any Employee, Subcontractor or Agent Furnished by Contractor and to Refuse Access to or Require Replacement of Any Personnel for Cause Based on, Including but Not Limited to, Professional, Technical or Training Qualifications, Quality of Work or Change in Security Status or Non-compliance With the Facility's Security or Other Requirements. Such Approval Shall Not Relieve the Contractor of the Obligation to Perform All Work in Compliance With the Contract Terms. The Facility Reserves the Right to Reject and/or Bar From the Facility for Cause Any Employee, Subcontractor, or Agents of the Contractor. The following MWBE goals are established for this solicitation: 30% Overall Goal, with 16% for NYS certified minority-owned business enterprises ("MBE") participation and 14% for NYS certified women-owned business enterprises ("WBE") participation. A 6% SDBOV goal has been established as well. Pursuant to the New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation.
