All recommended repairs are included in the Pricing Proposal section of this Request for Quotes. The maximum amount that can be spent on any one (1) residence is $30,000 per the grant. If any additional services are requested from the homeowner, the Contractor will be required to notify the County Project Manager or designee. No additional services shall be performed until the contractor receives written authorization from Clay County.
