ADA Improvements project for barrier removal throughout campus buildings and grounds. This includes but not limited to: CFCI Elevator enclosed in CMU tower at a 2-Story Administration Building with Mechanical Room and Roof Top Unit (RTU); Integration of elevator sprinkler system to existing building sprinkler system; CFCI Wheelchair lift; concrete and asphalt walkways; striping; minor concrete ramps and railings; replacement of doors, door hardware and door frames; interior and exterior drinking fountains; relocation and testing of fire alarm devices and low voltage devices.
