ASPHALTIC CONCRETE HY09-24 LOCAL ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS Bids will be accepted by Winnebago County for the 2024 season requirements of Asphaltic Concrete totaling approximately 94,000 tons. Winnebago County will be utilizing approximately 8,500 tons of that mix for the CHI project on CTH II, 15,000 tons for the CHI project on CTH MM, and 13,000 tons for the CHI project on CTH S. Included in the total is the production of approximately 805 tons of 3 LT 58- 28 mix and 605 tons of 4 LT 58-28 mix on behalf of the Town of Oshkosh for the TRI project on Plummers Point Rd., and 2,300 tons of 4LT 58-28 for the TRI project on Oakwood Avenue on behalf of the Town of Clayton. Asphalt producer must bill municipality directly for hot mix asphalt. Placement will be done by others. Winnebago County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept such proposal or portion thereof which they deem most advantageous to Winnebago County.
