Renovation of a stadium in Mankato, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The project will consist of the following scope: - Construction of a 1,200 SF addition to house the new combined Ammonia ice plant - Addition of a spectator mezzanine and seating for 450 fans in the north rink - Renovated and expanded lobby space by reconfiguring the skate rental and office areas - Separation of spectators and players by adding new circulation space and access in the front lobby - Relocation of the concessions and public restroom areas to the second floor in the south rink - Relocation of the dryland training areas and skate treadmill - Replacement of several building mechanical systems including the west air handler, dehumidification unit, boilers, furnaces, and water heaters - Addition of safety compliant access to mechanical spaces - Removal of non-code compliant materials including wood studs and plywood wall covering.
