The Project includes the following work: Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to install 620 LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer, conventionally installed; 4,820 LF of 8" fusible PVC gravity sewer, directionally drilled; 21 manholes; sewer services; sewer hook-ups with septic tank abandonments; associated restoration; and rehabilitation of three duplex submersible pump stations. Bids are requested for the following Contract: DEP Southside Sewer Extensions, DEP Agreement No. WG091. Document notes : Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays), and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents also may be examined at Town Hall, 10046 S. Glen Avenue, Glen St. Mary, Florida 32040, (904) 259-3777, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (excluding Holidays). Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and must have successfully completed, as prime contractor, a minimum of three (3) projects of a similar nature within the past five (5) years, each having a minimum contract value of $500,000.
