Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glen Saint Mary, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: This project shall furnish and install approximately 7,400 LF of concrete sidewalk in Town right-of-way. The project will include furnishing and installing aluminum handrail, realignment of drainage swales, ADA ramps, tactile warnings, and striping, as well as all restoration. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents will be provided electronically as portable document format (PDF) files and as printed Bidding Documents, both for a non-refundable charge of $200 per set payable to Mittauer & Associates, Inc. Upon Issuing Offices receipt of payment, the digital files will be emailed, and the printed Bidding Documents will be sent via UPS Ground. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A re-bid meeting for the project will not be held. To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board.
