The Scope of Work required to repair the project site to pre-disaster condition consists of the following: 1. Repair the roadway - 1.0 mile (5,280 ft) length of damaged roadway, of unpaved roadway at 12" of borrow material. 2. Repair and conduct beach restoration - excavate, clear and haul white sand from sand dune deposits on roadways back to the beach. Quantity paid for by truck loads unit cost. 3. Repair and excavate and reshape ditch (6,258 CY) of roadway ditches and reshape roadway ditches. All technical questions relative to this project must be submitted in writing to Sara Little at sara.little@bakercountyfl.org no later than 4:00 p.m. May 19, 2025. Baker County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor formalities, and to award the bid/proposal that best serves the interests of Baker County. Baker County also reserves the right to award the base bids and any alternate bids in any combination that best suits the needs of the County ** Since there was only one bid received Baker County has not decided if this project will rebid yet.**
