Invitation for Bids for sweeping of paved County roads and parking lots located in Teton County, Wyoming. The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, traffic control, dust control, and associated incidentals for sweeping of paved Teton County roads and parking lots. Questions regarding obtaining a set of the Bid Documents shall be directed to the Teton County Road & Levee Department at 307-733-7190. For emailed Bids, Bidder shall phone Dave Gustafson at 307-732-8586 to confirm receipt of the emailed Bid. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to confirm the email was successfully received. In accordance with Wyoming Statutes, a five percent (5%) bid preference will apply to bids from Wyoming Resident Contractors and all bidders shall comply with the Preference for State Laborers / Wyoming Preference Act of 1971. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive informalities and irregularities in Proposals. Any Bids received later than the time specified will be rejected and returned unopened to the Bidder.
