Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a 80,000-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
A 5% Bid Preference Will Be Implemented for Wyoming Contractors With Responsible Certified Residency Per State Statute The Architect for the Project is Anderson Mason Dale. We Hereby Request Bid Proposals for the Award of All Scopes With the Exception of the Demolition, Shoring, Earthwork, Detention, Electrical, Mechanical/ Plumbing, Low Voltage on the Above Referenced Project. All Bids Will Be Received via Building Connected. Project Description: The Justice Center Project Consists of Demolition of the Existing Courthouse and Detention Facility. This Includes the Rerouting of Existing Utilities Currently Occupying the Footprint of the New Facility. The New Justice Center Will Include Space for Courtroom and Associated Office Space, a Detention Center, Meeting Rooms, and New Space for the Sheriff Department for Teton County.
