Invitation for Bids for 5-year snow removal project for Teton County Parking Lots, all located in Teton County, Wyoming. All Bids must be accompanied by a money order, certified check, or Bid Bond payable to the Owner for 10% of the Bid amount. The successful Bidder shall provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. In accordance with Wyoming Statutes, a five percent (5%) Bid preference will apply to Bids from Wyoming Resident Contractors and all Bidders shall comply with the "Preference for State Laborers / Wyoming Preference Act of 1971". The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive informalities and irregularities in Proposals. ***Bid Event: It is the responsibility of the Bidder to confirm the email was successfully received. Any Bids received later than the time specified will be rejected and returned unopened to the Bidder.
