The Purpose and Intent of this IFB is to establish a firm fixed hourly rates requirements contract with one (1) or more qualified source(s) for the procurement of Electrical Preventive Maintenance Services, on an as-needed basis, for the Service Authority, hereinafter referred to as "Service Authority", in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. The Service Authority may opt to make multiple contract awards from this Solicitation.
