Reference Number 0000265329 Question Acceptance Deadline Mar 08, 2024 02:00 PM EST BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada SEC (BGIS) invites qualified parties to submit a pricing proposal to provide the deliverables set out below. BGIS works as building manager on behalf of the Government of Canada at the ICAO building at 999 René-Lévesque Boulevard in Montreal. The International Civil Aviation Organization is an international organization dependent on the United Nations. Its role is to participate in the development of policies and standards that enable the standardization of international aeronautical transport. The building houses a conference center equipped with multimedia equipment, discussion equipment and simultaneous interpretation. It should be noted that the building is subject to modifications and updates regularly and that the various improvement projects carried out during the mandate must be part of the coverage. This call for tenders consists of providing BGIS with preventive maintenance and technical services. The mandate will be valid for a period of three years and includes several components: Service and preventive maintenance Priority Service Calls Troubleshooting and repair service Technical support service during the triennial conference Documentation BGIS wishes to retain the services of a specialized supplier for maintenance services for audio visual equipment at ICAO, for a period of three (3) years, from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027. BGIS reserves the full right to reject any and all quotation proposals at any time and to place end this request for quotation and the associated request for quotation process, as well as to proceed with the acquisition of the deliverables in another manner, without any obligation towards the respondents, nor any reimbursement to them.
