The Township of Cherry Hill maintains the landscaped beds located in the center medians of County Route 673 Springdale Road (from Wilderness Drive to Evesham Road) and County Route 626 Chapel Avenue (from Haddonfield Road to North Kings Highway) The work within this quotation shall also include, as an option for award, the maintenance of the landscaped islands located off NJSH Route 70, including the island adjacent to the Route 70/Old Marlton Pike jug handle (OPTION #1), and the Route 70 and Grove Street island located in front of Walgreens (OPTION #2). Services shall include grass cutting of the islands, removal of any weeds, vegetative waste, or any invasive species by means of mechanical weeding, pruning and application of preemergent and herbicides, trimming of bushes/trees/ornamental grasses, and application of clean, black-dyed mulch at four (4) inches thick in the landscaped beds. Grass cuttings shall be conducted once every two weeks during the spring and summer season (when directed by the Township, approximately 18-20 grass cuttings - mowing for this option only) SITE VISIT: The Contractor must visit the site prior to submission of a Bid. The site visit shall consist of evaluating the condition and verifying the project limits. Additional work required to complete the project in full shall be assessed in the site visit and reflected in the bid. No change orders shall be considered unless authorized in writing by the Cherry Hill Township representative.
