Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Bidding Documents also may be examined at Office of the Lincoln County Judge Executive's Office at 204 E Main Street, Stanford, KY on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder as follows: The Board reserves the right to refuse or reject any and all Bids for any reason or for no reason whatsoever. The Stanford-Lincoln County Industrial Authority will accept the lowest and best evaluated Bid Price and the criteria for evaluating the Bids includes but is not limited to: Location and Serviceability of the bidder, versatility of the equipment and services, apparent dependability of the equipment and services, past project completion, generally accepted reliability of manufacturer and services and reputation of bidder. Printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
