Reference Number 0000344172 The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit proposals relating to the purchase of an on-call consultant for the Neighborhood Planning Initiative (NPI) Program. Because of its unique scope of work that is still being developed, The Community Planning and Development Department (CPD) is planning to do a separate solicitation for the upcoming Central Area Plan (i.e. downtown). The NPI may still be used to support downtown planning work in part, but it is expected that the vast majority of work for downtown will be procured via the project-specific solicitation.
