This is a request for information, RFI, only. This is not a request for proposal, RFP. The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is seeking information from industry to assist with the development and planning of the future of the Enterprise-Wide Integrated Security Systems (EWISS) Operations and Maintenance Services requirement. EWISS provide enterprise wide preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance services that are complimented with system additions and modifications in direct support of DISA's computing mission and current Integrated Security Systems (ISS). In general, ISS equipment includes all devices and ancillary equipment for access control systems, intrusion detection systems, closed circuit television, high-security locksets, and General Services Administration approved safes. EWISS RFI Draft PWS 832469051 Systems cover multiple types of equipment varying by site. -Access Control System - Card Readers/KeyPads - HID, Lenel, Other - Sargent, Best, Yale, Von Duprin, Folger Adams, HES, Access It! -Intrusion Detection System - Sentrol, Honeywell, Bosch, GE, Altronix -Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System - Cameras mainly Axis with some Honeywell. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Answers to questions will be posted to SAM.gov. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after 4:00 PM Central Time on March 08, 2024, will be answered. The Government will not reimburse companies for any costs associated with the submissions of their responses. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
