MN TH 27, Expected Award Date:04/02/2024 Project Start Date:05/15/2024 Construction Start Date:05/15/2024 Construction End Date:10/25/2024 All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bidders bond, payable to the Traverse County Treasurer for at least 5% of the proposal, said check or bond to be forfeited to the County if an award is made to a bidder and he fails to execute a contract covering the same. No bidder may withdraw his bid (which includes a certified check, cashiers check or bidders bond) within 15 days after the scheduled closing of the receipt of bids. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or parts of bids and waive informalities herein.
