Renovation of a transportation facility in Hayden, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 909-square-foot transportation facility.
The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) and accompanying specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting an offer to for removing and replacing the floor in the Restaurant Kitchen and Bar at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport. The Airport intends to place a blanket purchase order for the items included in this bid document. The successful bidder shall be responsible for delivering and warranting the floor for one (1) year from installation. Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to remove the current tile flooring and install a commercial-grade sheet vinyl flooring system (or suitable substitute) in the existing Restaurant kitchen and bar area. The floor needs to be R12 slip resistant, able to handle heavy equipment, moisture, grease, and use of chemicals. Installation of the flooring needs to continue up the wall and be capped to completely seal water from getting under the flooring. The proposal needs to include preparing the existing floors for installation of the new flooring system per the manufacturer's recommended installation process and the specifications below. The approximate work area is 909 square feet.
