*As of May 2, 2024, project was awarded to Massachusetts Broken Stone Company, awarded amount is $632,157.90. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid price in the form described in the Information for Bidders. Mass. Department of Transportation Prequalification is a requirement for this project. prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Pavement surfacing, for the combined projects (A and B) with a total estimated value of $750,000 will be required. Bidder's attention is called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum state wage rates to be paid under the contract. NOTE: The Town of Hudson Department of Public Works reserves the right to downsize the project limits if the bid of the lowest responsible bidder is greater than the funds available and allocated to this project.
