All questions by prospective bidders as to the interpretation of Information for Bidders, Form of Proposals, Form of Contract, Drawings, Specifications of form of Performance Bond and Labor and Materials or Payment bond must be submitted in writing to the Engineer and must be in their possession at least ten days before the date herein set for the receipt of bids As of May 2, 2024, project was awarded to Massachusetts Broken Stone Company, awarded amount is $632,157.90. LOCATION AND WORK The work under this contract consists of the provision of all-necessary labor, materials and equipment for the COMPLETE STREETS FUNDING PROGRAM / MILLING & OVERLAY OF VARIOUS ROADS PROJECT (B) IN HUDSON. Please refer to locus plan and site plan. The precise, location for the MILLING & OVERLAY OF VARIOUS ROADS PROJECT (B) IN HUDSON. The Contractor shall conduct his own investigation and research on the sites and detail enclosed regarding all conditions affecting the work, the amount of labor, materials and equipment needed, and to make an appropriate bid. All materials and equipment of the Contractor that is left on site shall be at Contractor's own risk. The Hudson Department of Public Works shall not be responsible for any damage or theft incurred.
