Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Manchester, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and swimming pool.

Project Location: 557 North Woodland St. Manchester, TN 37355 Scope of Work: The City of Manchester, TN is requesting proposals for refurbishment work to be completed on two large outdoor fiberglass waterslides. The two slides each have 162' of ride length. The interior of the slides will need to be sanded and cleaned. They will then need to be gel coated with a solution that can withstand high commercial use, high ultra violet exposure, and high chlorine exposure. The interior of the slides will also need to be waxed, the existing joint compound removed, and seams of the slides caulked. The slides will also need minor fiberglass repairs made. The exterior paint of the slides will need to be stripped and then reapplied with bright coloring. Project Contact: City of Manchester Parks and Recreation Department A.J.
