Architect firm information and a firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Request For Qualifi cation For Engineering and Architecture Consulting Services The Coffee County School System is issuing a Request for Qualifi cations (RFQ) to firms interested in providing engineering and architectural services for renovations, upgrades, and potential replacement at East Coffee Elementary School and Hickerson Elementary School. Firms with relevant design experience and qualifi cations are encouraged to submit. All submittals must be returned in a sealed envelope by the appointed time and date. Outside of the envelope must be labeled: RFQ Engineering and Architectural Services, Name of the Firm, and the Firms physical address. Any submission not in compliance will be deemed incomplete and will be disqualifi ed. The Coffee County School System reserves the right to reject all fi rms, decline to proceed with selection of any candidates, request additional qualifi cations, and to make necessary inquiries to verify qualifi cations. All firms shall adhere to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act enacted in 1964 which states that "No person in the United States shall, on grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal fi nancial assistance", state of Tennessee funding, and/or Coffee County funding.
