Site work for a municipal facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Work to include at minimum: o Installation of approximately 840 feet of 8' commercial grade chain link fence, to include tension wire along bottom of fence (Reference Exhibit A for location and size) o Installation of two (2) double gated entrances/exits unleashing areas measuring 8' x 32" (Reference Exhibit B for example) o Installation of 10' double drive gate o Vendor is responsible for marking public utilities Question Deadline 03/08/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Any and all communication regarding this Solicitation shall be on the Kent County Purchasing Division Inquiry electronically. Kent County desires a completion date by June 1, 2024 Each contract over $50,000 must be accompanied by a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each payable to the Owner (County of Kent) and each in the amount of 100% of the contract price with a corporate surety approved by the funding agency, for the faithful performance of the contract. Submissions may only be withdrawn by written request if the request is received before the due date/time. Withdrawals after opening shall be subject to Kent County Fiscal Policy - Centralized Purchasing 5(i)(2). Kent County, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, or award to the Respondent deemed most advantageous, while reserving the right to weigh other factors in the decision. Kent County reserves the right to waive irregularities of the Solicitation process or award by line item when applicable.
