Reference Number 0000344011 The Project consists of a single general contract for restoration of the Ramp A and the installation of new light fixtures at Ramp C as indicated and/or specified in the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 03/08/2024 at 12:00 PM ET All questions shall be sent in writing to Paula Gleason-Zeeff, Director of Purchasing, paulagleasonzeeff@grcc.edu. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time in Room 016, Lower Level Administration Building, 415 E. Fulton St., Grand Rapids, MI 49503. *The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in the Bidding. The Owner also reserves the right to delete any item or portion of the work. A. The Work contemplated by the Contract Documents includes the Work of all trades required and all the labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary and incidental to the renovation of the Grand Rapids Community College Ramp A and Ramp C Lighting. B. Work will be performed at locations within the parking structure and bridges as shown on the Drawings. C. Main items of the Work required in these areas are described in the Drawings and Specifications. D. It shall be understood that where additional Work is described, but not specifically located and/or shown on the Drawings, the Contractor shall be responsible for locating and marking areas to be repaired.
