The project can be summarized to include rehabilitation improvements at the Little Sand Creek Water Treatment Plant in Sandpoint, Idaho. The work generally includes concrete latex mortar spot repair, crack sealing, wall coatings, link-seal replacements, roof drain improvements, and related items of work. The Work will be substantially complete on or before August 16, 2024 ; final completion- August 30, 2024 A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount including any additive alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to bid this work. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids.
