**As of April 22, 2024, the project was awarded to Mid-America Pool Renovation Inc., in the amount ($325,000).** The City of Olathe, Kansas seeks qualification proposals from interested and highly qualified Construction firms for construction services for the replacement of the existing Pool Plaster finish for Olathe Community Center for the City of Olathe. This project involves the removal of the existing plaster finish and installation of the finish per the bid document set. The full Invitation for Bid Package upon request from interested contractors. The City is looking for construction professionals with extensive experience, expertise, and creativity having previously provided construction services for this type of project. The City invites interested and qualified construction firms to submit a bid and all additional documentation identified in the Invitation for Bid Package identifying their qualification for providing the services required of this project. Replacement of all damaged pool ceramic tile (see also specifications). 4. Replacement of all damaged water circulation, supply, and return fixtures. To include, housings caps, and grates. 5. Protection of all areas and surfaces that are not specifically part of this project scope. 6. Area cordoning to prevent worksite contamination into other spaces still open to the public. 7. Worksite safety. 8. Worksite maintenance and cleanliness. 9. Open coordination with city representative and staff and other contractors that will be on site and performing work not associated with this project.
