Subject to conditions prescribed by the *CM/Contractor, PCL Construction Services, Inc., sealed bids for Lump Sum construction subcontracts are invited from prequalified Subcontractors (hereinafter Bidder) for the following project: For the following bid packages: 02.B HAZMAT Abatement C-22 hazardous materials abatement work including but not limited to asbestos mechanical insulation and lead based painted equipment Only prequalified subcontractors are allowed to submit a bid for the Project. Refer to the Prequalified Subcontractors list for complete list of Subcontractors prequalified to submit a bid on the Project. The successful lowest responsive bidder will be required to be licensed by the State of California, Contractors State License Board, at time of bid with license(s) as indicated above for the specific scope of work. Prebid RFI Deadline Tuesday March 12th, 2024 at 4:00PM Any questions related to the bid and or the bid documents shall be submitted in writing in the form of an RFI.
