The Board of Hardin County Commissioners is seeking quotes to provide a Preventative Maintenance/Inspection Service agreement for April 2024-March 2026 on the heating and air conditioning units. Vendor will supply all filters. Services to be performed at the following buildings: Hardin County Courthouse, Hardin County Annex, Hardin County West Annex, Sullivan-Johnson Museum, Hardin County Jacob Parrott Safety Center, Hardin County Dog Shelter, Lifeworks Family Center, Yost Farmhouse, North Annex, Simon Kenton Addition. EACH LOCATION SHALL BE BILLED SEPARATED ON THE INVOICE Successful bidder must be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Successful bid will be the lowest and best bid as per specifications. Each bid must contain an up to date Workers Compensation Certificate as well as a Certificate of Liability.
