Renovation of a water / sewer project in Kenton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The proposed work consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor to install a new packaged treatment plant that is to be delivered to the site by Mack Industries, Inc. Once the new plant is installed and operational the contractor will be required to remove the existing plant. Installation of the Eldridge Station Packaged Wastewater Treatment Plan which is located at 20137 County Road 144, Kenton, Ohio. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The Board of Hardin County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities in bidding and accept the lowest and best bid.
