ARCHITECT SERVICES, PROFESSIONAL A Construction Manager (CM) will be secured separately by the State of Michigan to complete the construction portion of the project. Several other construction projects on Belle Isle will also be completed by the same CM at the same time. Construction timeframe is anticipated between September 2024 and September 2026.
