Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clinton, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Each proposal must be submitted on the Bid Form included with the bid documents. All quantities are estimated and the owner reserves the right to increase or decrease any of the quantities with no adjustment in unit price. All bids shall remain firm for sixty (60) days and shall not be withdrawn by the Bidder once submitted. The Village of Clinton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The Village of Clinton intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Remove and replace sections of curb and drive approaches marked by the Village, 2. Rehabilitate existing catch basins marked by the Village, 3. Pulverize existing pavement and pave the streets, and 4. Reset existing manholes and valve boxes within the limits of the paving work. The selected Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Bid Price. The selected Bidder will also be required to furnish a Maintenance and Guarantee Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Bid Price, for two years from the date of final acceptance.
