INTRODUCTION A. Project Team: The selected Respondent will join a Project Team which will include Owner Administration, Program Manager and Architect/Engineer, all of whom will be engaged in a cooperative effort to provide the Owner with successful and cost-effective solutions for a Food Service Equipment and related work at the serving line. The selected Respondent will assist the Owner, its Architect and Program Manager with pre-construction services and to construct the project thereafter as a Construction Manager-At-Risk. B. Project Information: The Owner plans to renovate the existing service line and relocate with primarily new equipment to a different configuration in the same general vicinity. This scope will include necessary related demolition and rebuild of walls, ceilings, flooring, finishes, doors and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. While it is possible for roof work to be required, it is not anticipated at this time. Work on existing equipment in the primary cook area is limited and will be further defined during the design phase. The substantial completion date is August 5, 2024 The Owner's estimated Budget for the Cost of the Work $4,000,000.00 including all contingency and fees.
