**As of June 3, 2024 project has been awarded to Complete Comfort, amount not available. ** Upgrading the Cooling Tower and Boiler System for the Ohio County Community and Judicial Center. The Ohio County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. 1. Drain cooling tower, Demo cooling tower, including all control wiring, high voltage wiring and all piping.
2. Demo all Vav boxes above ceiling grid, including all drain lines, control wiring high voltage wiring, all supply and return piping. Disassemble all ductwork from Vav boxes and demo all Vav's and demo all Thermostats from the walls.
3. Demo all boilers including supply and return water pipes, control wiring, high voltage wiring and demo air handlers in boiler room and mechanical room.
4. InstallAir Stage Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems on all 3 floors. Up to the contractorto determine the size of system per room. Ducted Heads On each floor. Fabricate all ductwork to fit ducted heads on each floor. Install separation tubing on every unit. Run new drain lines, high voltage, and control wiring with thermostats to each system.
5. Evacuate and pressure test each system according to manufacturer specification.
6. If any of the existing units can be used in any of the county owned buildings, the unit will be kept and not sold. If not, the units will be sold by the contractor and refunded to the County forfuture HVAC projects.
7. One Year Free Maintenance on completion of project.
8. If any ceiling tiles or ceiling grids get damaged in the process of installing or removal of the new/old system, it is up to the contractor to replace it.
9. Clean up and haul off all debris on all three floors. If possible, we would like cleanup to be done daily.
