Reference Number 0000265447 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/15 04:00:00 PM CDT Provision of Services for Hauling/Removal, Disposal/Recycling of Chemical and Hazardous Waste in Urban Area The Scope of Work may include but is not limited to the following. 1 Hauling/Removal and Disposal/Recycling: i. Provide services for hauling/removal and disposal/recycling (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) of chemical and hazardous waste from the locations mentioned in the Appendix E of this RFSO, or the subsequent Participating Addendum (PA) as identified by the Buying Group Member. ii. Provide services for hauling/removal and disposal/recycling (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) of chemical and hazardous waste from newly identified locations which may be added to the Appendix E of this RFSO. 3 Resource Allocation: i. Assign a technician/expert in chemical/hazardous waste handling to address inquiries and provide guidance on various aspects including but not limited to sampling, storage, waste registration, and handling requirements. 4 Schedule and Transitions: i. The schedules should be coordinated between the Contractor and each contact from the locations. ii. Specific locations may require the service to be delivered at specific hours without changes, could be before 7 am. The Contractor will manage the transition process if changing suppliers, including but not limited to, implementation work plan to organize for the service start date including schedule and timelines, perform site visits as required to determine any safety concerns and to note all enclosures and site specifics, in-person meetings with sites as required Duration: 3 years Option: 2 terms of 1 year each optional extension Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
