The conversion of two (2) existing gendered washrooms, on level 100 of Max Bell Building, into one (1) universal washroom with an accessible shower, one (1) accessible toilet compartment with accessible shower, one (1) gender inclusive toilet compartment, 1 general washroom area with sink, and relocate storage room. The renovation of two (2) existing accessible washrooms, on level 000 to include an accessible shower in each. TIMELINE: Tenders issued under separate reports & now in post-bid.
