The project consists of the following major items: 22,345 +/-L.F. 10" CL. 900 PVC Water Main & Fittings 710+ L.F. 10" HDPE Directional Bore The Contract Documents including detailed Instruction to Bidders may be obtained at the office of the Project. Any construction award of $20,000 or more can only be issued to a Contractor appropriately licensed in the State of Arkansas. The Owner may reject any or all BIDS, and/or waive informalities or minor irregularities in Bids received. The sponsor hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, nondiscrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938, and The American Iron and Steel provisions as defined in 42 U.S.C.300j-12(a)(4) of the State Drinking Water Act. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
