Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Merrill, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department is seeking quotations from a contractor for the construction of concrete aprons at the restroom facilities in New Wood Campground, N4781 State Road 107 and Hay Meadow Park, N4109 Old Hwy 17. Bid must be accompanied by a bond in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department. Bond must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the contract closing as security for the faithful performance of the work to be contracted. Bond will be returned when the project has satisfactorily been completed. Completion Date September 6, 2024 The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids and accept the bid most advantageous to Lincoln County. Sales Street, Suite 201, Merrill), or online at www.co.lincoln.wi.us. Proposals must conform to the requirements of the specifications and instructions.
